Sales Executive
We are looking for experienced sales representatives who demonstrate a high level of professionalism and feel comfortable in a C-Level suite. The ideal candidates are individuals who are both goal-oriented and self-motivated in their pursuit of meeting and exceeding assigned quotas and objectives.
Job Functions:
- Consistently identifies, cold-calls, and qualifies prospective clients on regular basis.
- Generates meetings with CEO’s, Presidents and owners of companies to discuss their sales functions and general business operations.
- Ability to create and deliver proposals that will address their needs and provide solutions leading to increased closing percentages.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience and general business knowledge.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Prior Sales Management experience a plus.
- Business Administration or Marketing degree a plus.
- Strong communication and computer skills a must.
Sales Consultant
We are currently looking for experienced consultants to possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes. These individuals must be highly energetic, outgoing, independent, and excited about sharing their knowledge with others. Our Sales Consultants must be able to problem solve and apply solutions to a client’s operation. A successful sales consultant is someone who can take their business knowledge and experiences and transfer them resulting in increased sales revenues.
Job Functions:
- Work with customers to develop a sales and marketing plan based upon current statistical data and prior history.
- Establish a operations manual for the sales organization including; job descriptions, standard operating procedures, and organization charts.
- Review current marketing practices to determine areas to increase exposure resulting in higher sales volume.
- Present plan to customer and provide extensive training on how the plan will be implemented and monitored to ensure success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales management experience and general business knowledge.
- Business Administration or Marketing degree a plus.
- History of building and leading sales teams to success.
- Strong communication and computer skills a must.
